The magazine's objective is to develop a political critique of art and culture, that is, to not merely consume art but rather reflect on artworks and their context. This issue contains 10 articles that analyze diverse topics such as the acquisition of easel works by Bolivian muralist Miguel Alandia Pantoja, an analysis of the book "Red Star" by Belarusian writer Alexander Bogdanov, the contradictions posed by the struggle for a new society in The Mother by Maxim Gorky, review of the novel The young guard by Alexander F. and an analysis of the discography of the New York band Liturgy.

It is a magazine of cultural political criticism of more than 10 years of operation in Bolivia, produced by activists, union leaders, students and university professors and of course artists, whose objective is to develop a political criticism of art and culture, that is to say, not to be mere consumers of art but to reflect on the artistic works and their context.And one of his collaborators who made this registration lives in the Czech Republic. The magazine is published in Spanish and is distributed physically in Prague through the spolek Kolektivole and its headquarters at Prokopova 14 in the Žižkov district.
